ABC: WORKFORCE READINESS TRAINING & G.E.D. PROGRAM
A Better Chance: The mission of the ABC, C.A.R.E.E.R.S. Program is to cultivate youth and adults for reality-based employment, education, and readiness services.
The goal of the C.A.R.E.E.R.S Program is to address the unmet needs of underserved populations in Chicago by providing wraparound employability services that equip individuals with the skills to become gainfully employed and/or reach their educational goals.
We give special attention to populations that have been traditionally difficult to place and need additional resources to address issues of entry and re-entry into the workplace.
