PHOENIX is two-fold.
PHOENIX offers both self-help groups and a support group led by a professional coming together with the goal of overcoming or coping with the challenges of re-entry and recidivism as an ex-offender.
With the leadership of the professional, they share help, comfort, encouragement, advice, and guidance to face their challenges together.
