we are #CommunityServants

By creating collaborative networks of law enforcement, school officials, business owners and community stakeholders, we connect families and communities to essential resources, higher learning opportunities and job opportunities. ECCSC’s methods handle each person and community with their own unique culture and/or mental paradigm.

ECCSC knows working within & directly interacting with the community is a must when it comes to measurably reducing violence.

ECCSC believes in dealing with people where they are, and within their own communities. By utilizing their own life experience, ECCSC has created visible changes within individuals, communities and the city as a whole. We view the current state of crime and violence as a generationally ingrained lifestyle, where peer pressure, social media, poverty, mental health issues and high-risk role models contribute to the perpetuation of unchecked gangs, drugs and high rates of violence.
