ECCSC knows working within & directly interacting with the community is a must when it comes to measurably reducing violence.
ECCSC believes in dealing with people where they are and within their own communities. By utilizing their own life experience, ECCSC has created visible changes within individuals, communities, and the city as a whole.
We view the current state of crime and violence as a generationally ingrained lifestyle, where peer pressure, social media, poverty, mental health issues, and high-risk role models contribute to the perpetuation of unchecked gangs, drugs, and high rates of violence.

ECCSC is a Reentry, Workforce Readiness, and Street Outreach and Intervention Agency that specializes in Conflict Resolution, Policy Advocacy Initiatives, and Workforce Development.
ECCSC trained 67 program participants in 2021 in Environmental Literacy, Urban Farming, and Success Skills Training.
We achieved a 92% graduation rate.
Out of the 67% that sought permanent employment, our placement rate was 100%.
